Provincial Telephone Survey

PROVINCIAL TELEPHONE SURVEYS
Alberta Education annually conducts telephone satisfaction surveys of random samples of the Alberta public, teachers, school board trustees, superintendents, senior high school students, parents of ECS - Grade 12 students and parents of children with severe special needs. A summary of the results of 2008/2009 Public Satisfaction Surveys is available at: www.education.alberta.ca/media/1130121/summaryreport2009.pdf.
The surveys also include measures resulting from the work of the Review Committee on Outcomes. The Review Committee on Outcomes Survey Results Report is available at:

The 2009/2010 Public Satisfaction Surveys will be administered in January and February 2010. Superintendent and principal surveys are done in alternate years; this year only superintendents will be surveyed. The survey responses are confidential and only aggregated data will be reported.
The survey will be from Jan 20 - Feb 28.
